Updating the TOS

LiveJournal is now open source! The Terms of Service needs to be updated to deal with this, as well as some other crucial changes. Here's some of the sections I'm looking at already, so if you have comments on how those changes should be made, please let me know:
  • Section 14 (thanks Piman!)

  • Section 15 needs cleaning

  • Section 16, item 1. It's the "elastic clause" of our TOS and is way too broad. It's the line everyone quotes in their abuse reports and should be clarified.



Please mention any other sections that you think need work.
