I propose we get rid of all livejournal accounts (see how many there are on this page) that have NEVER updated within a certain time after creating their journal, say, three months or so? This will free up all those usernames that were taken and wasted.

--addendum---
moonsis suggested that might be a bad idea (read the replies) after I posted that! Oops. Hell, even I have another journal account that I don't even write in, I keep a friends list on it. Perhaps I should abridge my suggestion to say accounts that are created and not used in any way (friends, communities, writing journal entries, testing styles, etc) whatsoever should be dealt with? Sorry
