Yes, I know that some of you haven't had time to do much of anything, but that is ok. We're volunteers... Still, part of what I do is make sure that we have a certain amount of synchronicity happening; apparently unrelated things coming together so as to achieve maximum effect. Right now, the focus is getting new members, and as a result, new volunteers, increased development, and a dependable source of income to cover expenses. In order to achieve that, we need to focus on doing things that will attract and meet the needs of both the press and of new users. We need to make things easy for them, give them the tools they need, and make sure the site is professional enough to give them confidence in what we have to offer.
What I would like you all to do is reply to this post and answer these four questions:
1> What you been able to do lately to help LiveJournal?
2> What tasks you would like to accomplish in the next 2-3 weeks?
3> What roadblocks are preventing you from doing what you'd like to do?
4> What could we do to make you more motivated to do it?
Ok... let the replies commence!
