I hope this is the right place for this post, if not can someone point me in the right direction, thank you. I recently wanted to go back through some memorable posts I had participated in a favorite community of mine. To my dismay the replies had been badly censored with "reply from suspended user" where the original replies used to be. Also some really good topics were gone too, just because a suspended user posted them. I can understand erasing a suspended user's journal, but communities are a group effort and many people benefit from the multitude of voices available. Surly the rest of us shouldn't have to suffer because someone did something stupid and got the LJ Boot, even suspended people had profound things to say. Can't there be a way to suspend a person, but leave their community posts in tact?
