California has the most journals of any of the other states, so why is it that they don't have any PhonePost numbers? I know that LJ is East Coast based, but it would seem that you would want to serve your largest customer base first, or close to first.

EDIT: I apologize, I was mistaken in thinking Live Journal was based on the East Coast. I have been made aware of their West Coast location, thank you all for pointing out the mistake.
