Feature Down?

In Christmas, I was given a paid account by a friend I haven't thanked enough. On February 24th, it's expiring, and I have no idea whether I'm going to renew it or not (mainly because of international billing constraints, but that's another problem).

The Popular Users Amongst Your Friends have been down since then.
"This feature is temporarily down while we upgrade it to use our latest APIs, which won't slow down the rest of the site. "
After the directory feature and the higher userpics limit, it was the feature I most wanted to use.

I don't know if the new API is too unfriendly with that LJ tool, it's unpopular or it was simply forgotten, but I'd like to ask the LJ coders to please bring it back still in February. <:) Thankyou.
