Live Journal for Authors and Book Fans

I had a pleasant conversation with another author I know on Tuesday and I have gotten back some enthusiasm for my plot to create a live journal type system for authors and their fans.

Anyone interested in books want to get involved? I'd prefer UK people but this is the internet I know :-)
