NewsIsFree (or not quite?)

Please see the site NewsIsFree.com and their terms of service.

This site produces RSS feeds for a variety of news-related Web sites (many scraped). The feeds are made available for "non-commercial" use.

My immediate thought is that since LiveJournal is a commercial site, the syndication mechanism should probably automatically ban any feeds from NewsIsFree.com as a simple way of complying with their terms of service.

On the other hand, it's not so simple. Their service is highly useful. It might be worth considering entering into some kind of business agreement with them that would permit LJ users to add their feeds while complying with their TOS. Maybe make it yet another premium service option.

This came up because I created the syndication for npr_news, and now I'm not sure I should have. But I do like having it on my friends list.

Thoughts?
