is there a way to make your journal friends only from start to finish without editing each and every entry?

i am in an emergency situation here...i don't want to delete my journal but i might have to. i am a teacher and students have found my journal and i have had it for well over a year so there are a lot of entries.

also, can you pay to have your journal switched to a new name...the entire thing? is that possible?
