LiveJournal t-shirts

Is there a problem with Punctuate.com and Steve? Does anyone know of an issue with him delivering the t-shirts? Three seperate people have recently made support requests about not getting their t-shirts and Steve not answering their repeated emailing (25120 [second request, 1st: 24423], 25082, 24243).
