Normally, when I put in a request for support, I get replies so quickly that it makes my head spin. This time around, I put in a request the day before yesterday and have yet to hear one thing back on it.
I made a post about it and found out that other people here have given up on tech support recently because of the lack of response.
That's really depressing.
I'm having a problem that seriously impairs my ability to enjoy LJ and it makes me rethink my desires to pay for another year of my journal and get another paid alternate journal.
I was under the impression that tech support was incentive driven? Did the incentives to be helpful go away?
