It'd be really nice if sherm, evan, and I could work in one spot once in awhile together, and dormando's probably moving out here too.
Update: this page says office space downtown Seattle is $36.90/ft2 ... something the size of bedroom would be $10,332? Screw that. My roommates and I pay under $2,000 for our whole house per month. Maybe that office rent cost figure isn't by month? Quarter? Year?
