Who owns what?

So I got to reading the TOSes today. I have a simple question, as I can't seem to see any explict statement in the TOS.

Who owns the information that I post to my jorunal? Is it mine, is it LiveJournal's is it both of ours, what's the deal.

I'm sure the content is the property of the poster, but if it is, this should probbly be stated, so people don't attack LiveJournal.com because of what I post in my journal.

Any idea where this is stated, if it is?
